RETURNS

At Duarte Fish Farm, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligible non-living products such as equipment, accessories, and dry goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Due to the nature of live animals and aquatic plants, we do not accept returns of fish, shrimp, snails, or live plants.

If a live animal arrives deceased, customers must follow the procedures outlined in our Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA) policy found in our Store Policy.
