🛠️ Aquascaping Integration & Maintenance Guide
Application & Attachment: Taiwan Moss looks spectacular when used to cover midground driftwood roots, stones, or to create lush moss carpets. To attach, spread the moss thinly across the surface and secure it using fine nylon line, cotton thread, or a minimal amount of aquarium-safe cyanoacrylate gel (Super Glue gel). Over time, it will naturally anchor its rhizoids to the surface.
Propagation Protocol: Simply prune overgrown areas with sharp aquascaping shears to retain a clean shape. The collected trimmings can be re-bound to new areas of your hardscape, where they will independently sprout new, healthy growth points.
Maintenance & Sanitation: To keep the moss looking pristine, execute a gentle, hovering siphon over the fronds during your regular weekly water changes to lift any trapped detritus. Integrating an active clean-up crew of Neocaridina or Caridina shrimp will effortlessly keep the foliage spotless and free of nuisance algae.
